Unfortunately we currently do not accept pets.

All our units are equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave. We also have a spacious common kitchen with kitchenware provided for light cooking.

Yes all units come fully furnished with the furnishings (or equivalent) you see on our website.

Weekly housekeeping is included for your unit and bathroom to ensure you have a clean and comfortable stay with us. All common areas are also cleaned regularly.

In addition, bedlinen (pillow case and bed sheet) change is provided once every 2 weeks so you never have to worry about changing sheets on your own.

Bedlinens (pillow case and bed sheet) and brand new pillow and towel will be provided. Your room is fully equipped and ready for your stay the moment you check in.

Coin operated washers and dryers are available for use at the dedicated laundry area.
Yes, visitors are allowed. However, overnight stay is not allowed unless you have notified us in advance and approval is given.
Unfortunately, furniture provided cannot be removed. You are welcome to add small furniture of your own if the space permits.
You will be provided with our hotline number upon check in. You can reach us at that number and our team will assist you with your maintenance concern.

On top of your room rental, your rent also covers:

  • Utilities credit
  • High speed Internet
  • Weekly housekeeping of your unit and bathroom
  • Bedlinen (pillow case and bedsheet) change once every 2 weeks
  • Maintenance services

An adequate amount of utilities credit is included with some T&Cs to ensure responsible use.

Our minimum length of stay is 3 months.

There is a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, which is fully refundable at the end of your lease less any necessary deductions.

In addition, bedlinen (pillow case and bed sheet) change is provided once every 2 weeks so you never have to worry about changing sheets on your own.

  1. Security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent).
  2. First month’s rent, prorated from your move-in date until the end of the month.
  3. If your move-in date is on or after 20th of the month, you will also be billed for the following month’s rent.
We will need a copy of your passport / identification card and a copy of a valid visa / employment pass.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayNow.

We do not charge any agent or onboarding / membership fees.

However, there will be a cleaning fee that will be imposed at the end of your lease.
